Get Ready for Introweek: What to Expect and How to Prepare

Your journey at EBS is about to kick off in style with Introweek—a whole week dedicated to helping you settle into university life, make new friends, and experience the true EBS spirit. Whether you’re new to the city or just to the campus, Introweek is your golden ticket to start this chapter with a bang!

First things first—make sure you have the dates of Introweek locked in your calendar: 25th to 30th August. This week is packed with opportunities, and you’ll want to be part of as much as you can. Check the whole schedule: https://introweek.ebs.ee/schedule/

You’re about to meet people from all walks of life, try new activities, and step out of your comfort zone. Keep an open mind and embrace the new experiences that come your way—you never know what might turn into a new passion or lifelong friendship!

The Introweek is just the beginning of your adventure at EBS. It’s a time to explore, connect, and most importantly, have fun! So get ready to dive in, meet amazing people, and start creating memories that will last throughout your university years.

EBS Survival Guide is meant for the new EBS students to get to know their university better. It includes general information about the university and student organisations, as well as advice that will help you know your new surroundings. We have also gathered all the important information in one section for international students.

Come and get your welcome bag and wristband to attend the events during Introweek. The infodesk is also your go-to spot for any questions or guidance you might need throughout the week.

Opening Hours:
Monday: 14:00-16:30 and 18:00-18:30
Tuesday: 09:30-10:30 and 11:30-14:00

We have partnered up with awesome partners to make your experience even more memorable! Introweek wristband will give you access to Introweek events and discount at the partner restaurants. Explore different restaurants and get a discount or a special Introweek meal by showing your wristband or using special code.

During Introweek, you’ll have the chance to grab some exclusive EBS gear—whether it’s a hoodie, t-shirt, or other cool accessories. The pop-up sale will be opened in EBS Lobby on Tuesday the same time as infodesk 09:30-14:00.

On Monday we will have Opening Ceremony for all of our new students. We expect you to be present – only this way you can start off your EBS journey in the proper manner! The event will take place at EBS hall 17:00.

Meet your coursemates at a fun-filled gathering where you bond through fun activities and embark on an unforgettable university journey together. Check out your study group’s time here.

We recommend to join very fun Scavenger Hunt on Tuesday evening. The meeting point is in front of EBS.

All of the study groups have mandatory information sessions about the studies at EBS. Check your time in advance from the schedule.
