General

Introweek 2022 will take place from 21 until 26 August and it is a week for first-year Bachelor’s and Master’s students, during which various events are organized for them to settle in.


Info desk

Opening hours during the Introweek:
Monday from 10.00 a.m. until 6.30 p.m.

Tuesday from 9.30 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Info desk is located in the EBS lobby.

EBS Survival Guide is meant for the new EBS students to get to know their university better. It includes general information about the whole university as well as information about both of our campuses and additionally information for international students.

Rules and regulations

Registration

Registration for the events (where registration is needed) starts on 18th of August at 10:00!

To all the events that registration/buying a ticket is needed you can register yourself through fienta.com. All of the events are non-refundable. Although if you have bought a ticket to an event and you can not go, you may sell it to a fellow first-year student and let us know by sending an e-mail to introweek@ebs.ee.

!The spots to some of the events are limited, so first come, first served!

NB! Not all of the events need registration/a ticket. You will find the information under each event.


Identification

You must be able to show your ID at all times during Introweek when requested. Therefore, it is important you always carry your passport, ID or driver’s license with you at every event.

Wristband

All the participants will get their personal wristband for the whole Introweek programme. The wristband will ensure entrance to the events and discount from the partner restaurants. You need to have the wristband on your hand at all times!

All the students will be able to get their wristbands from the info desk either on Monday the 22nd or Tuesday the 23rd of August.
