Introweek 2021 will take place from 22 until 27 August and it is a week for first-year Bachelor’s and Master’s students, during which various events are organized for them to settle in.

Opening hours during the Introweek:
Monday from 9.00 a.m. until 9.00 p.m.

Tuesday and Wednesday from 9.00 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Info desk is located in the EBS lobby.

Rules and regulations

Registration

Registration for the events in Tallinn (where registration is needed) starts on 23 August!

To all the events that registration is needed you can register yourself through my.ebs.ee. After you have registered for a free event and you can not attend, you can cancel it by sending an e-mail to introweek@ebs.ee, but not later than a day before the event. Paid events are non-refundable. Although if you have bought a ticket to an event and you can not go, you may sell it to a fellow first-year student and let us know by sending an e-mail to introweek@ebs.ee.

!The spots to some of the events are limited, so first come, first served!

NB! In order to register yourself, you need to be logged in to your my.ebs.ee account. You will find all the Introweek events under the subtopic “Events” on top of the page.

Not all of the events need registration. You will find the information under each event.

EBS Helsinki students, who want to join the programme in Tallinn on 26 and 27 August, please send an email to info@ebshelsinki.fi.

Payment

After you have registered to the events, through the my.ebs.ee/introweek system, you will receive an invoice.


Identification

You must be able to show your ID at all times during Introweek when requested. Therefore, it is important you always carry your passport, ID or driver’s license with you at every event.

Wristband

All the participants will get their personal wristband for the whole Introweek programme. The wristband will ensure entrance to the events. You need to have the wristband on your hand at all times!

All the students starting their studies in Tallinn campus need to pick up their wristbands on 23 August, from the Introweek information desk at EBS lobby.

Students who will start their studies in Helsinki campus will get their wristbands on 26 August on the ferry to Tallinn.
