Introweek 2026: What to Expect and How to Prepare

Your EBS journey starts with Introweek: five days dedicated to helping you settle into university life, meet your fellow Ebsters, and get a first taste of what EBS has to offer. Throughout the week, you’ll discover EBS, make new connections, take part in different activities, enjoy some unforgettable nights, and create your first memories as an EBS student.

Introweek is only the beginning, so meet new people, embrace new experiences, and make the most of every opportunity that comes your way.

First things first — save the dates! Introweek 2026 takes place from 24 to 28 August, with something happening every day throughout the week. From important information sessions and seminars to activities, social events, and parties, there’s plenty to look forward to.

Take a look at the full schedule in advance and plan your week so you don’t miss out on any of the events!

During Introweek, you’ll meet people with different backgrounds, try things you may not have done before, and probably step outside your comfort zone a few times. Be open to it all: say yes to new experiences, start conversations, and give yourself the chance to discover something unexpected. A random activity, conversation, or shared moment might just become one of the highlights of your first year.

Most importantly, enjoy the week! Introweek is your chance to explore, connect, have fun, and start your EBS experience surrounded by people who are beginning the same journey as you.

Starting university comes with plenty of new information, so we’ve put the essentials together in one place. The EBS Survival Guide is there to help you get to know your university and make your first weeks at EBS a little easier.

Inside, you’ll find useful information about EBS, student organisations, university life, and other practical things worth knowing as a new student. There’s also a dedicated section for international students, with information to help you navigate studying and living in Estonia.

Make the Introweek Infodesk one of your first stops! This is where you can pick up your welcome bag and Introweek wristband, which you’ll need to access Introweek events and enjoy special offers from our partners throughout the week.

The Infodesk is also the place to come if you have any questions, need help finding an event, or simply aren’t sure where to go next. Our team will be there to help you throughout the week.

First Stop for Master’s Students: Roosta

For our new master’s students, the EBS experience begins even before the main Introweek programme gets underway. Over the weekend, MBA and MA students will head to Roosta for Bootcamp, where studies meet plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow students and get to know the EBS community.

Roosta is the perfect setting to make your first connections, share experiences, and start your master’s journey together.

A Warm Welcome to Estonia

Starting university in a new country comes with plenty of new experiences and probably a few questions too. That’s why Introweek begins with a special Welcome to Estonia! programme for our international degree and exchange students.

Two sessions will help you get familiar with the practical side of living in Estonia, discover some of the local culture and quirks, and hear from students who have already experienced what it’s like to make Estonia their new home. Most importantly, it’s a chance to meet other international students and start making connections from day one.
